ELI offers three unique certification courses for professionals who are seeking to offer ELI training at their organization. Each course is offered as a hybrid certified program for virtual and in-person delivery.
Participants in this CIP will immerse themselves in our Civil Treatment Workplace Initiative for Leaders and Employees. Once certified, participants will help their organization build better and more effective behaviors aligned with mission, values and goals– and maintain those changes for the long term.
In this CIP, participants will explore and practice teaching our diversity and inclusion program, Civil Treatment: Building an Inclusive Workplace for Leaders and Employees. Upon certification, participants will be equipped with the skills to build highly inclusive teams and leverage differences to maximize results.
In this CIP, participants will explore and practice our newly updated Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program, Civil Treatment® Workplace: Inclusion NOW for Leaders and Employees. Upon certification, participants will will be equipped with tools to build highly inclusive teams and honor peoples’ differences to maximize results.
In this CIP, participants will focus on applying the organization’s values, global Code of Conduct, and other standards to help global leaders explore the business reasons for maintaining a professional, inclusive workplace. Participants will learn how to facilitate learning experiences that use a simple set of global guidelines to analyze issues affecting the work environment and business decision-making.
In this CIP, participants practice and explore the learning philosophy and methodologies of Civil Treatment for Leaders Government and Civil Treatment for Employees Government training programs. Once certified, participants will know how to facilitate these two courses for maximum impact to their Agency.
