Experienced facilitators who understand fair employment practice basics and are role models of your organization’s values and the behaviors reinforced in ELI solutions should consider becoming an ELI certified instructor.
As a certified instructor, you’ll join more than 8,000 individuals in ELI’s Certified Instructor Community™ (CIC), who are helping their organizations build professional and collaborative workplace cultures. The ELI Certified Instructor Program (CIP) offers a dynamic, interactive course to give you the knowledge and skills to deliver ELI’s award-winning training to your co-workers.
Becoming a Certified Instructor
Most certification candidates attend ELI’s three-day CT Basics certification program to become certified to deliver solutions for leaders and employees in the Civil Treatment Series.
ELI also offers custom certification programs for solutions outside the Series as well as certification refresher s and re-certifications, to refresh current instructor-base skills, based upon client need.
“The curriculum is so powerful in demonstrating what should be common sense – there is a direct correlation between employees’ and supervisors’ behaviors and employee engagement!”
