This interactive presentation provides a practical, business-driven organizational approach for building inclusive and productive workplaces. The premise is that inclusion must be driven by daily behaviors derived from stated and accepted organizational values. These become cultural standards of interacting productively and collaboratively with team members from diverse backgrounds. Linking daily behavior to business strategic objectives is the simplest, most effective and practical way to change behavior lastingly and drive superior business outcomes. The session demonstrates how values, leadership, team responsibilities and specific actions build enduring and productive workplaces where individuals, no matter who they are or where they are from, provide their best individual and team contributions.

Participants will learn how to:
