There is no sugar-coating the reality that people behaving badly creates risk to compliance, safety, employee engagement, customer relationships and most often, bottom-line results. Regulations change but intolerance for bad behavior cannot. This intolerance for poor behavior needs to be proactively built into an organization’s culture to ultimately discourage bad behaviors that have a toxic impact.

In this session, participants will learn:

  • Developing a cultural perspective for promoting and sustaining civility and professionalism
  • Correcting and preventing negative behaviors to minimize business, safety, and legal risks
  • Understanding the specific elements that define workplace culture and develop a plan of action to create a culture that welcomes concerns and discourages bad behavior
