Charles Klusmann oversees sales, strategic client development and relationship management activities for ELI®. Prior to joining ELI, he spent nearly 15 years in sales and management positions in the consumer products, employee benefits, and human resource outsourcing industry. This included comprehensive consulting services for HR policies as well as employee training.
Klusmann is a member of the ELI® Certified Instructor Community™, the Society of Human Resource Management, and the Executive Sales and Marketing Association. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the Henry W. Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Georgia.
