Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will explore social engagements, cultivate leads, and drive audience growth through the management of lead imports and campaign monitoring. This role will partner with the web team to create landing pages and associated campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to proactively dive deeper to analyze and resolve issues and obstacles that may arise within the marketing system. The Digital Marketing Specialist will utilize their attention to detail to lead demand generation programs across multiple channels, including webinars, emails, content syndication, digital marketing and events. This role will have a prominent focus on creating an engaging and authentic experience for media viewers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage strategic and tactical initiatives, including communications and promotions, around event and marketing/sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with fellow marketing team members, both internal and external, to build engaging digital marketing campaigns and planned events while using multiple media platforms.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure marketing strategies are comprehensive and within budget.
  • Assist with the development and execution of the company’s social media editorial calendar.
  • Diligently work to generate appropriate messaging and landing page content, ensuring all
    content is optimized for the appropriate platform.
  • Create and provide reporting on structured Google AdWords campaigns for lead generation.
  • Maintain and communicate the applicable metric reporting for planning and measurement of
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
  • Monitor SEO/SEM and marketing performance metrics to forecast trends.
  • Maintain industry knowledge on audience preferences and proactively suggest new
  • Identify trends and insights to create program generation based upon best practices.
  • Perform as the Pardot Administrator.
  • In collaboration with the marketing team, work to update the marketing technical architecture
    based on the evolving marketing strategy and business needs.
  • Complete all deliverables in accordance with the defined marketing goals and commitments,
    as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Communication or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in working on B2B marketing programs.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in executing campaigns across marketing and
  • Possess a strategic and analytical skill set with a creative/visual eye.
  • Acute attention to detail in producing deliverables while understanding big-picture objectives
    and strategy.
  • The ability to develop marketing campaigns on multi-media platforms.
  • Extensive experience using Pardot, WordPress,, and other marketing
    management tools.
  • Pardot certification, experience in Google AdWords, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • The ability to work closely and effectively with subject matter experts and decision makers to
    create marketing solutions.
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organization skills.
  • Focus on creativity and innovation, challenging the status quo.
  • Excellent written and oral communications.
  • Genuine curiosity about new media, and platforms with a willingness and flexibility to
    continuously learn and immerse oneself in the evolving interactive social media environment.
