State Training & Education Requirements
Texas requires non-harassment training for state employees.
Texas requires that employment discrimination and sexual harassment training be conducted for all state agency employees within one month of starting employment.
Renewal training must be repeated every two years. See Tex. Lab. Code. § 21.010.
