ValuEthics® for Managers

In ValuEthics® for Managers, participants learn the importance of reinforcing the organization’s values and vision through communication of the Code of Conduct and related business standards.

Course Overview

Using ELI®’s award-winning learning methodology, this course engages participants with provocative discussions, realistic videos, and analytical exercises.

The course requires managers to use their organizations’ Codes of Conduct and the ValuEthics® behavioral guidelines to analyze and resolve difficult ethical dilemmas that occur in the workplace.

During this program, managers will cover the following topics:

  • Corporate catastrophes
  • Legal regulations related to workplace ethics
  • Restrictions in distributing copyrighted information
  • Management responsibilities relating to the organization’s code
  • Accepting gifts, gratuities, and rebates from clients and vendors
  • Intake interview
  • Concern recognition, identification, and resolution
  • Steps for raising concerns to higher management

Delivery Options

This course can be provided via instructor-led or e-learning delivery. It can be taught by ELI®’s professional instructors or your own ELI®-certified instructors. In a classroom setting, it is a half-day, modular program with additional materials covering compliance topics and regulatory areas. E-learning delivery can be completed in approximately 2 ½ hours.
