ValuEthics® for Employees

ValuEthics® for Employees clarifies for participants their roles in maintaining an ethical, fair, and legal work environment and ensures that employees understand their responsibility to apply the organizational Code of Conduct, vision, and values.

Course Overview

ELI’s proven learning techniques use interactive, skills-building exercises and realistic workplace scenarios to teach participants how to identify and address ethical violations.

In addition, employees learn tools for effectively raising concerns about workplace ethics and other issues.

During this program, employees will cover the following topics:

  • Corporate catastrophes
  • Legal regulations related to workplace ethics
  • Restrictions in distributing copyrighted information
  • Employee responsibilities pertaining to the organization’s code
  • Accepting gifts, gratuities, and rebates from clients and vendors
  • Employee’s right to speak up
  • Open Door Policy
  • Appropriate channels for speaking up
  • Raising concerns to higher management

Delivery Options

ValuEthics® for Employees is a modular program available via instructor-led or e-learning delivery. It can be taught by ELI’s professional instructors or your own ELI®-certified instructors. The course is a half-day program in the classroom; it requires 1 ½ hours by e-learning.
