Our Approach

ELI®'s award-winning learning methodology focuses on aligning workplace behaviors with policy, standards, and the law by presenting key learning points in an interactive, experiential way. Our programs are anchored with practical, easy-to-follow guidelines and models that participants can apply to virtually any situation they may encounter back on the job. While the courses are legally accurate and regularly updated, they do more than simply help clients raise awareness and comply with the law. Our proprietary approach gives an organization's managers and employees the motivation to change their behavior, the knowledge to determine appropriate actions, and the necessary skills to operationalize what they have learned. Building a civil, legal, and ethical workplace is a process, not a one-time event. For behavior change to take hold and have a lasting and positive influence on the work environment, organizations need to consider the entire path necessary for achieving cultural transformation.

Individually, ELI's programs and services help clients meet specified needs. As a comprehensive solution addressing the skills, behaviors, and reinforcements critical to long-term, sustained behavior change, the programs are part of the ELI Cycle of Cultural Change – the full intervention path necessary for a cultural makeover. By illustrating a path with the optimum learning phases to support cultural transformation, the Cycle gives clients a framework and roadmap for aligning on-the-job behavior with cultural goals and organizational values. ELI works with organizations to guide them through the Cycle and determine the appropriate path to address development needs and build a lawful, professional, and ethical work environment.

The Civil Treatment® Series

Harassment training and workplace harassment and discrimination prevention programming to help organizations build a civil, legal culture by communicating fair employment rights and responsibilities and aligning behavior with organizational policies, standards, and the law. Covers the full spectrum of harassment, discrimination, and related topics and skills as well as other behavioral issues such as bullying and abuse.

The ValuEthics® Series

Helps organizations build an ethical, values-based workplace by communicating the Code of Conduct and allowing participants to apply it to a range of ethics and compliance issues. Addresses state and federal regulations while developing real-world skills and building the connection between ethical conduct and business success.

Specialized Programs - Healthcare

Interactive programming designed to foster professionalism and minimize behavioral risk and distractions in the health care work environment. Addresses challenges and scenarios specific to physicians, researchers, and medical faculty.
