A Pioneer in Sexual Harassment Training  After spending his early career investigating charges for the EEOC and representing management in harassment and related cases, Steve Paskoff realized companies could avoid these problems - and save valuable resources - by implementing some specific preventative steps. In 1986 he left his law practice and founded ELI, pioneering a behaviorally based, model-driven approach to sexual harassment training.
