As an authorized representative of my employer, I agree that in exchange for fees paid, my employer  (“Company”) has been granted a limited non-exclusive non-transferable personal right and license to use the online Civil Treatment^® Impact: Managing a Harassment-Free Workplace (60-minute version) (the “Program”) for internal employee training purposes. 

I agree and understand that each participant in an online based training program is required to have his or her own license for use of the online program.  Should Company employees share a license, I agree on behalf of Company that Company will be liable to ELI^® for the applicable per participant charges for each participant who did not receive his or her own license.

I understand that the license granted herein is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase of such license and expires thereafter (the “Licensing Term”).  Each user of the Program is counted once regardless of the number of times that such user accesses the Program during the Licensing Term.  However, each user is counted the first time the user accesses the Program regardless of if and when the user completes the Program.
