The Legal Record® teaches managers how to prepare and analyze business records to support the investigative process.
This course immerses participants in a video dramatization of a single employment lawsuit whose details are progressively revealed. Hands-on and interactive, the course requires participants to investigate and document the company’s position using a model that is both easy to remember and simple to apply.
The Legal Record® is available in both a four-hour version and a six-hour version.

This is an instructor-led program that can be taught by ELI®’s professional instructors or your ELI®-certified instructors. The course is available in either a four- or six-hour format. The four-hour format is ideal for general managers and supervisors, while the six-hour format provides skills practice for Human Resource managers and others who conduct extensive investigations.
