Teaches managers how to prepare and analyze business records by providing an easy-to-apply model for conducting investigations and accurately documenting results. Hands-on and interactive, the course requires participants to practice skills by investigating and documenting the company's position in a fictitious lawsuit. Four-hour program for managers focuses primarily on documentation skills. Six-hour program for HR professionals and others includes additional skill practice on conducing investigations.
