A tool to help organizations reinforce the concepts of Civil Treatment^® in the workplace year-round and expand on the skills a manager needs to be effective in today's business world. Managers presenting the briefings to their employees learn effective ways to communicate and proactively manage behavior within their workgroups. Can be utilized as a year-round reinforcement tool for managers and employees who have already completed Civil Treatment^® for Managers or Civil Treatment^® for Employees, or as a precursor to either program.
