Maintaining a CT Workplace™

The Civil Treatment Toolkit® helps organizations reinforce the concepts of Civil Treatment® in the workplace year-round by providing a framework for managers to communicate company policy and expectations within their workgroups.

Overview

Designed to sustain key concepts from programs such as Civil Treatment® for Managers and Civil Treatment® for Employees, the Civil Treatment Toolkit® offers single-topic modules, each with an accompanying handout and facilitation notes, which managers can present to their employees. Used together, these modules create an overall program that can serve as an ongoing method for assessing and managing workplace behavior.

A CD format allows flexibility in printing and delivery of all supplementary materials, including sample workplace communications and legal definitions.
