Civil Treatment® Orientation

Civil Treatment® Orientation helps organizations communicate their policies and expectations for appropriate workplace behavior to new employees, setting standards up front and laying the foundation for further Civil Treatment® training.

Course Overview

Using video, discussion, and a handout, this program communicates policies and expectations to new employees, whether manager or non-manager.

Additionally, facilitation materials provide supporting documentation that enables organizations to keep detailed records of their training efforts.

Designed to accompany an organization’s new employee orientation process, this program focuses on the following key areas:

  • Civil Treatment® concepts
  • Organizational behavior standards
  • Workplace roles and responsibilities
  • Manager’s Duty to Act
  • Relevant organizational policies

Delivery Options

Civil Treatment® Orientation is a 20-minute, instructor-led briefing that can be delivered by your organization’s Human Resources, training, or managerial staff. It easily incorporates company-specific materials, such as an employee handbook.
