Course Overview

Built on concepts introduced in Safely Speaking® for Managers, this program uses ELI®’s proven teaching methodology, including video simulations and skills-based exercises, to teach managers to correctly identify both the details and significance of safety concerns.

Participants hone their managerial skills and learn concrete guidelines for monitoring the entire problem-solving process.

Focusing on providing managers the tools they need to change behavior and ensure a safety-conscious work environment, this course covers the following topics:
