A half-day, modular program that builds on the principles taught in Safely Speaking^® for Managers. Introduces key legal principles and management behaviors necessary for successful communication and maintenance of a safety-conscious work environment. Managers use existing and newly developed skills and knowledge to analyze, prioritize, and address multiple workplace situations.
