This is an interactive, case-study-based program that gives participants skills and practical tips for setting a positive example and fostering a culture of professionalism and mutual respect in the healthcare industry.
In Just Doctors, participants learn a preventive approach to workplace issues and colleague interactions in order to minimize unnecessary distractions and risks.
This program covers key concepts that physicians, researchers, and academicians need for promoting productive working relationships. It includes the following topics:
- Organizational vision/values
- Sexual harassment
- Risks of unprofessional behavior
- Abusive conduct
- Communicating feedback or criticism
- Mutual banter/”gray area” issues
- Duty to Act
- Abuse of authority

Delivery Options
Just Doctors is available as a 1 ½ hour program with optional scenarios that extend the length to approximately two hours. It can be taught by ELI®’s professional instructors or your ELI-certified physician leader.
