ATLANTA, GA (October 27, 2006) ELI's Civil Treatment® for Employees online course was announced the winner of a Silver Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Award at an awards dinner held in Denver on October 24 as part of the 2006 Training Solutions Conference & Expo. The awards, which were determined by independent judges from 44 countries, showcase exceptional work in the use of technology to enhance learning. ELI developed the program with its technology partner Integrated Performance Systems (IPS).
ATLANTA, GA (October 18, 2006) Veteran civil rights attorney Julius Chambers and former Enron executive Lynn Brewer joined ELI's founder and president, Stephen M. Paskoff, Esq., as keynote speakers at the company's 20th Anniversary Conference in Atlanta this October. ATLANTA, GA (March 8, 2005) - In the wake of Boeing CEO Harry Stonecipher's resignation over a relationship with a female executive, ELI president Stephen M. Paskoff, Esq. says corporate leaders need to take a closer look at their own conduct. The higher up in the organization questionable behavior occurs, the more likely it will be viewed as representative of the organization's standards. While many leaders are communicating codes of conduct to their employees, they must recognize that their own behavior is subject to even greater scrutiny.
ATLANTA, GA (November 10, 2004) - ELI is working with organizations to help them meet requirements outlined in a new California law mandating anti-harassment training. Under this statute, organizations with 50 or more employees must provide "at least two hours of classroom or other effective interactive training" to individuals with supervisory authority.

Paskoff, Esq., founder and President of Atlanta-based ELI®, Inc., has been appointed Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association's (ABA's) newly established Compliance Training and Communication subcommittee. An ad hoc committee of the ABA's Corporate Compliance Committee, it will explore best practices in training methodology as well as overall strategies for implementing learning and communication plans to maintain corporate compliance.
