“Laws of Change: Bringing Values to the Forefront”

More and more, organizations are dealing with inappropriate, disruptive behaviors that violate their values but don’t necessarily violate the law. As a result, focusing only on compliance and legal requirements won’t be enough to maintain a professional, civil workplace. In an editorial for HR Management magazine, ELI president Stephen M. Paskoff, Esq., explains that culture driven by internal values is at least as important as compliance driven by external regulations, and he outlines the behaviors and skills all managers will need to demonstrate going forward.
