NEW PROGRAM RELEASES

Civil Treatment® for Managers – Restaurant Version
Civil Treatment for Managers-Restaurant provides managers in restaurant and hospitality organizations with the tools they need to manage fairly and legally in today’s changing workplace. Engaging and hard-hitting video and photomation scenarios, coupled with ELI’s award-winning learning methodology, do more than just raise awareness about key issues; they provide participants with the rationale to change their behavior and the skills to transfer the course concepts back to their daily management duties.  Delivery: Instructor-led by ELI instructors or your own ELI-certified instructors  Program Length: 6 hours, modular  Release: August 2006

CT Impact®: Managing a Harassment-Free Workplace
CT Impact: Managing a Harassment-Free Workplace will help managers develop the necessary skills to communicate expectations about workplace conduct, recognize and respond to sexual harassment and other inappropriate behavior, and maintain an environment where employees are comfortable bringing forward concerns. It also assists organizations in fulfilling state legal regulations requiring interactive training for managers to prevent and address workplace harassment. The facilitation allows for the inclusion of specific state provisions, and like all ELI learning solutions, the course and materials can be customized to address an organization’s specific business needs.  Delivery: Instructor-led by ELI instructors or your own ELI-certified instructors; E-learning via Internet, Intranet, or CD-ROM  Program Length: 2 hours  Release: Fall 2006 (special preview at the 20th Anniversary Conference)
