CT Impact®: Managing a Harassment-Free Workplace
CT Impact: Managing a Harassment-Free Workplace will help managers develop the necessary skills to communicate expectations about workplace conduct, recognize and respond to sexual harassment and other inappropriate behavior, and maintain an environment where employees are comfortable bringing forward concerns. It also assists organizations in fulfilling state legal regulations requiring interactive training for managers to prevent and address workplace harassment. The facilitation allows for the inclusion of specific state provisions, and like all ELI learning solutions, the course and materials can be customized to address an organization’s specific business needs.
