Update! Workplace Behavior, Business Culture Survey

August 2008

What behavioral issues are creating the biggest problems for organizations today? Where do employees take their concerns about questionable conduct? What impact do corporate values have on behavior and the culture?

Individuals from organizations of all sizes and industry sectors have contributed their insights to ELI's latest survey on workplace behavior, values, and cultural issues. We are now in the process compiling the results into a comprehensive report that will reveal current trends around:

  • the types of disruptive behaviors that are creating the most damage to productivity and business results
  • specific skills that have been effective in combatting problematic behaviors
  • what organizations are doing to align behavior with values

Stay Tuned for the Full Report and White Paper! This fall, ELI will release a full report of the data as well as a white paper that provides perspective on the results and discusses the implications of the findings on organizational cultural and training initiatives.

No individual or organizational names will be used for any purpose, nor will any identifying information be disclosed or shared with anyone outside of ELI.
