As we move on from ELI’s 20th anniversary year, we’re looking forward to a number of exciting projects in 2007 that will help our clients continue to build professional, legal, and respectful places to work. At right are a few of the initiatives you’ll be hearing more about from us this year.

ELI® in ‘07
New Program Releases Maintaining compliance is no longer enough. Going forward, your managers need new skills and new competencies to build a values-based culture. ELI’s NextACT™ program, first revealed at the 20th Anniversary Conference, will provide the leadership skills all managers need to handle complex workplace issues effectively, create a values-driven environment, and build lasting credibility with their employees. Release date: April 1
Programs to be updated in 2007 will include the Civil Treatment Toolkit®, Professional Global Management®, and Professional Global Relations™. We’ll also begin gearing up for major 2008 revision projects, including updates to Civil Treatment® for Managers and Civil Treatment® for Employees.
New Client Communities ELI will be unveiling the Certified Instructors Community™ in 2007, providing all ELI Certified Instructors with ongoing networking, learning, and feedback-sharing opportunities. They‘ll be able to share insights, learn from others, participate in surveys, and connect with ELI staff, master instructors, and colleagues from around the globe. Details to come!
Regional Events Get a taste of the ELI Experience at an event in your region this year. You’ll hear about the latest workplace trends and issues, learn more about the ELI best-practice approach for building a values-based culture, and see how new ELI programs like NextACT will help increase the effectiveness and credibility of your managers.
2006 Rewind: ELI’s 20th Anniversary Year
20th Anniversary Conference Celebrates The ELI Experience: Past-Present-Future More than 150 attendees gathered in Atlanta in October to learn, network, share best practices, and celebrate with ELI staff, instructors, and colleagues from around the country. Highlights included inspirational keynote addresses, learning-filled conference sessions, an interactive “Past Present Future” Room, and a festive awards dinner at the Atlanta History Center.
NEW! ELI Unveils Product Architecture: ELI articulated its Cultural Change Cycle through a comprehensive product architecture that provides clients with a roadmap for building and maintaining a CT Workplace™ based on their organization’s values and commitment to legal, professional, and ethical practices.
NEW! CT Impact® Programs Address Mandatory Training Requirements: ELI released online and classroom versions of CT Impact: Managing a Harassment-Free Workplace in 2006. Not only do the programs help organizations address state training requirements regarding sexual harassment prevention, they also reinforce key CT principles with a focus on skill building.
WINNER! ELI’s Civil Treatment® for Employees Online Program Wins Brandon Hall Learning Award: Civil Treatment for Employees Online was recognized with a Silver Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Award. ELI developed the program with its technology partner Integrated Performance Systems (IPS).
Global Work Expands: ELI continued to expand its global work, helping to implement client rollouts in Europe and Asia. 2007 will see the trend continue as ELI draws on these experiences to retool and update its global programs.
