Join ELI in New York City for a Unique

Civil Treatment for Leaders
Training Event

A full day-training of our Civil Treatment for Leaders learning solution.
Registration includes all course materials, lunch and a certificate upon completion.

On July 19th, ELI will be offering a full day of training in our Civil Treatment for Leaders learning program. During this event you’ll receive certification in the program from ELI VP of Client Consulting, Tucker Miller.

Civil Treatment for Leaders (CTL) provides your leaders with the skills and insights they need to achieve positive business results and engage employees in ways that inspire their best work. Rather than focusing on the law exclusively, CTL focuses on a wide range of behaviors to offer a comprehensive learning solution.

With simple and sustainable learning models and tools, your leaders will develop skills proven to positively impact your workplace culture and business results.

By the conclusion of this full-day program, leaders will be able to:

  • Explain how professional, fair conduct relates to and furthers our success
  • How to avoid or correct incidents of harassment, discrimination, intimidation or retaliation
  • Define when and how our policies support standards of conduct, behavior, and performance
  • Identify when leaders have a responsibility to address workplace issues
  • How to welcome concerns and ideas in a positive and inclusive manner
