Civil Treatment® at Work in Government

Twenty-five years ago this November, I founded ELI, Inc. with the idea of taking lessons I learned in the courtroom as a former EEOC trial attorney and partner in a management law firm and delivering them to the training classroom.
Over the years, my colleagues and I have been proud to work with and deliver harassment and discrimination training to many federal government departments and agencies, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), U.S. Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS), the Defense Commissary Agency, and the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP).
Building on a strong partnership
Today, I’m pleased to announce that we’re building on our strong partnership with the federal government under a U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) contract.
Under the GSA contract, federal agencies can now receive contract pricing for ELI’s award-winning Civil Treatment®harassment and discrimination training for managers and employees. The contract also provides preferred pricing for ELI’s professional facilitation services and “train-the-trainer” services.
