As a certified facilitator, you’ll join more than 12,000 individuals in ELI’s Certified Facilitator Community (CFC), who are helping their organizations build professional and collaborative workplace cultures.
ELI offers four different certification courses for professionals who are seeking to offer ELI training at their organization. Each course offers an in-depth set of training and is offered in virtual delivery and in-person certification options.
Workshops are held monthly for private and public sector participants. Certification sessions are broadcast virtually from the ELI Training Center.
