Chief Learning Officer

The Chief Learning Officer will report to the President/CEO and work closely with the entire Leadership Team. The Chief Learning Officer will be responsible for the development, management and delivery of ELI’s Learning Solutions.




Instructional Designer

We're seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join the Program Development team as Curriculum and Implementation Specialist. This person will play a key role in developing content for eLearning platforms and in expanding utilization of eLearning and mLearning capabilities. The Specialist will also develop curriculum for classroom-based training programs, creating new programs as well as client customizations.




Director of Client Development

The Director of Client Development will be responsible for prospecting for new business in the South Central territory as well as for managing existing accounts. The DCD will partner with colleagues throughout ELI in order to craft and deliver the most effective solutions to its clients. The territory encompasses the following states: NE, IA, KS, MO, IL, OK, AR, KY, TN, TX, LA, MS.
