Mr. Paskoff is the founder and president of ELI. Over the years, he has worked with numerous nationally known industry leaders to help them communicate standards of proper legal and ethical behavior along with their companies’ own missions and policies in order to build productive, civil workplaces. He pioneered the development of interactive, model-driven training that addresses fair employment issues by providing practical skills people can apply everyday at work.
As Vice President of Marketing, Ms. Lepore is responsible for planning and directing all of ELI’s strategic marketing, communications, public relations, client service, and branding activities. Additionally, she oversees ELI events and client programming and manages the Certified Instructor Community™ program. Ms. Lepore brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate marketing management, writing, learning design, and publishing to ELI.
As General Counsel, Ms. Walters serves as the subject matter expert for ELI’s employment law training materials and is responsible for all legal matters. Ms. Walters also facilitates ELI training and provides support to ELI’s Certified Instructor Community™. Prior to joining ELI, Ms. Walters litigated employment law cases for more than eight (8) years. Her practice concentrated on the defense of claims under federal anti-discrimination statutes and related state laws.
As Vice President of Program Development and Technology, Ms. Pyne is responsible for managing the development of ELI’s online and instructor-led learning solutions and overseeing the company’s technical operations. Ms. Pyne has over 10 years of experience in technology and program development, having held management positions at several technology-based companies.
Mr. Taylor oversees all accounting and finance activities for ELI as well as the company’s inventory and fulfillment operations. He has more than 30 years of accounting experience, including 22 years at Amoco Corporation (now BP Oil) in its oil subsidiary and its chemical and plastics subsidiary. While at the chemical and plastics subsidiary, he directed accounting operations for 10 manufacturing plants and led the financial team for asset divestiture, plant closings, and the sale of a manufacturing plant. He also has prior experience in the banking and telecommunications industries.
